Hybrid events begin with a live, in-studio location, where show participants and our technical crew can gather in person. A meeting space, an event space, a glass atrium, a golf course, or even a waterfront can be used. We’ll stream in remote guests for a seamless experience.No matter where you are, as long as you have a fast internet connection, you're good.

Our team will set up a portable control room at your location. Our Director and technical team then create a temporary live video studio for your webcast.
